Joyce Cachapero of JC PRIME PROPERTIES is your trusted partner for your real estate plans. A seasoned sales professional, Joyce believes in building lasting relationships that create repeat customers and valuable referrals. She owes her success to being a great listener and fully understanding her client's needs. Joyce is passionate about real estate, which manifests in her interactions with her clients and the results she achieves with each of them.
Joyce grew up in Chicago, where she attended the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) with a music scholarship. She majored in Mass Communications, and served as health editor for the UIC student newspaper and the College of Medicine's alumni magazine.
After leaving her beloved UIC, Joyce's career flourished in the hospitality industry, primarily in the hotel business, over the next twenty years. She worked in mid-market and luxury hotels in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles, where she gained expertise in hotel sales and learned how to provide exceptional first-class service to a variety of clientele worldwide.
While being in the hotel business, Joyce developed her curiosity about real estate business in 2009 and obtained her license in New York. Shortly after that, she moved to Los Angeles.
Joyce now lives in the Adams Hill area with her family and two rambunctious dogs. In her free time, Joyce enjoys traveling, singing, playing the piano, and entertaining friends at home. She is also an oenophile at heart.
Joyce has utilized her savviness as a hotel industry sales expert and professional towards her real estate career at JC Prime Properties. She has conducted numerous meetings with clients throughout Southern CA as well as Northern CA during her entire career, so she is well-versed with several localities in both regions and knows them “like the back of her hand”.
